Is parking available, and what is the cost?
Yes. We offer complimentary, open exterior parking for residents and guests, except where signage indicates restrictions (including YMCA and office-designated parking during business hours). In addition, assigned garage parking is available for $150 per month. Please note that garage parking is typically fully reserved at the time of move-in, with an average waitlist of approximately six months, depending on availability due to move-outs or changes in resident needs.
What is the application fee?
The application fee is $44 per person, non-refundable, for all applicants 18 years of age or older. All adults must apply. Please ensure that any dependents are listed on your application as well.
How long will it take to hear back after I apply?
You can expect to hear from a member of our team within 48 business hours regarding the next steps in the application process. If more than 48 business hours have passed, please feel free to contact us, as we may have attempted to reach you but were unable to connect.
How long does the application process take?
The application process typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on individual circumstances. Prompt communication and timely submission of required documents can significantly expedite this timeline. Delays in responses or missing documentation may extend the process.
Is there a minimum income requirement?
Yes. Applicants must meet a minimum income requirement of 1.5 times the monthly rent.
What is the security deposit?
Security deposits are $400 for qualified applicants and $700 for conditionally approved applicants.
